From a Silverado that works all week to a Tahoe full of kids to a Corvette that only comes out on weekends, Chevys cover a lot of ground in Arizona. Most newer ones have Chevy Safety Assist, with a camera at the top of the windshield that needs to be recalibrated after the glass is replaced.

What makes Chevrolet windshields different?
Chevy offers a lot of windshield versions, especially on trucks and full-size SUVs. Trim, packages and safety features decide which glass fits, so we confirm yours by VIN.
Front camera
Chevy Safety Assist uses a camera mounted on the glass behind the mirror. The bracket and viewing area have to match your vehicle.
Head-up display
Select Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban, Corvette and other models have a head-up display and need HUD-specific glass.
Rain sensor
Many Chevys have rain-sensing wipers that read through the glass. We reinstall the sensor so your auto wipers keep working.
Large truck & SUV glass
Silverado, Tahoe and Suburban windshields are big. Setting them right takes two technicians and the right equipment.
Chevy Safety Assist
Chevy Safety Assist and your windshield
Chevy Safety Assist is standard on most newer Chevrolets. Its front camera sits at the top of the windshield behind the rearview mirror. Select models also have Super Cruise hands-free driving, which uses the camera along with other sensors.
When the windshield is replaced, the camera has to be recalibrated so features like automatic emergency braking and lane keep assist work as designed.
Many Chevrolet cameras are recalibrated with a scan tool and a road drive, and some need targets in our shop. Our technicians run a pre-scan, calibrate with Autel equipment and run a post-scan to confirm the system is working.

Big Chevy glass and the Corvette
Silverado, Tahoe and Suburban windshields take a beating on Arizona highways. Catch a chip early and you can often avoid a replacement. Our chip repairs are done in the shop: $79 for the first chip and $30 for each additional chip. We also replace Silverado and Colorado back glass, including sliding and power sliding rear windows.
Corvettes get the same care at the other end of the size chart. We replace Corvette windshields, including head-up display glass, and treat the paint and trim around the glass with the care the car deserves.

Insurance
Does insurance cover a Chevrolet windshield?
If you have comprehensive coverage, your Chevrolet windshield replacement may be covered, minus your deductible. When recalibration is required, it's normally part of the same claim.
We set up a three-way call with your insurance company and help you file the claim. Paying out of pocket? You'll get a clear quote that includes the glass and the recalibration.

Does my Chevy need camera recalibration after a windshield replacement?
Yes, if it has Chevy Safety Assist or another system with a front camera. We recalibrate it in house and confirm it with a post-scan.

Yes. We replace windshields on Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban and Colorado, including versions with a head-up display and rain sensor.
Do you replace Corvette windshields?
Yes. We replace Corvette windshields, including head-up display glass.
Can I get mobile windshield replacement for my Chevrolet?
Yes, at your home or office with covered parking. If your Chevrolet needs a static calibration with targets, that part is done in our shop; we'll plan it with you when you book.
Can you repair a chip instead of replacing the windshield?
Often, yes. If the chip on your Chevrolet is no bigger than a quarter, we can usually repair it in our shop: $79 for the first chip and $30 for each additional chip. Chip repairs are in-shop only.
