    We set up a three-way call with you and your insurance company to verify your glass coverage, confirm your deductible (including full-glass coverage) and get your claim number.

    We order your glass

    Once the claim is approved, we order the correct windshield and materials for your vehicle. OEM/dealer glass is requested when it's required or you ask for it.

    Every windshield is inspected

    Your glass is cleaned and inspected individually on our inspection stand, under high-intensity lighting, for scratches, blemishes and distortion. Anything that doesn't pass is returned and reordered.

    We schedule your installation

    50% deposit to order your glass

    A 50% deposit starts the parts order. The remaining 50% isn't due until your installation is complete.

    Every windshield is inspected

    Your glass is cleaned and inspected individually on our inspection stand, under high-intensity lighting, for scratches, blemishes and distortion. Anything that doesn't pass is returned and reordered.

    We schedule your installation

    Only after your glass has arrived and passed inspection. Choose our Phoenix shop or our Mesa shop (by appointment), or mobile service (covered parking required).

  6. 6

    Installation and final payment

    We install your glass to manufacturer requirements, complete any recalibration and run final quality and safety checks. Then you pay the remaining balance and get your receipt and warranty.

Does insurance cover a Tesla glass roof?

Usually, under the comprehensive part of your policy, the same as a windshield. We'll check your coverage with your insurer on a three-way call.

Can a glass roof be replaced at my house?

Glass roofs are replaced in our Phoenix or Mesa shop. Mobile service is for windshield replacement.

Why did my Tesla glass roof crack?

Rock strikes, stress from heat and cold, and impacts can all crack roof glass. Once it's cracked it should be replaced, because the roof glass is part of the car's structure.
