Ford windshield replacement · Phoenix & the Valley
Arizona runs on Fords: F-150s and Super Duties on the job, Broncos and Rangers on the trails, Explorers and Escapes on the school run. Most newer Fords have Ford Co-Pilot360, which uses a camera at the top of the windshield, so the right glass and a proper recalibration both matter.
Blue Chip Auto Glass has 25 years in the auto glass business. We match your Ford's windshield by VIN, install it with premium urethane, handle the ADAS recalibration in house and back the job with our lifetime warranty. Book a time at our Phoenix or Mesa shop, or ask about mobile windshield replacement (covered parking required).

Know your glass
A Ford truck or SUV can be built with several windshield versions in the same year. Cameras, sensors and display options change with the trim and packages, so we check your VIN first.
Co-Pilot360 Fords use a windshield with a camera bracket bonded to the glass. It has to sit exactly where the camera expects it.
Many Fords have rain-sensing wipers that read through the glass. We reinstall the sensor so your auto wipers work like before.
Select upper trims, including some F-150s, have a head-up display and need HUD-specific glass.
F-150 and Super Duty windshields are large and heavy. Setting them right takes two technicians and the right equipment.
Ford Co-Pilot360
Ford Co-Pilot360 is Ford's driver-assist package, standard on most newer Fords. The forward camera sits behind the rearview mirror and works with radar on many models. Select vehicles also have BlueCruise hands-free highway driving.
After a windshield replacement, that camera has to be recalibrated so lane-keeping, emergency braking and cruise features see the road correctly.
Depending on the model, a Ford camera is recalibrated on a road drive or with targets in our shop. Our technicians run a pre-scan, calibrate with Autel equipment and run a post-scan to confirm everything is working.
Pre-Collision Assist
Warns you and can brake automatically if it detects a vehicle or pedestrian ahead.
Lane-Keeping System
Alerts you and helps steer you back if you drift out of your lane.
Auto High-Beam
Switches the high beams on and off for you.
Adaptive Cruise Control
On select models, keeps a set distance from the vehicle ahead.
Lane Centering
On select models, helps keep you centered in the lane.
BlueCruise
Hands-free highway driving on select models. It relies on the windshield camera too.
Co-Pilot360 features vary by model, year and package. Send us your VIN and we'll confirm what your Ford has.

A static camera calibration in our shop
Targets set up in front of the car and a scan tool connected, so the camera behind the new windshield sees the road correctly.
Your glass options
You have a choice of glass, and we'll walk you through it before anything is ordered.
Made for Ford to the original specification, with the same camera bracket, coatings and features as the glass your vehicle came with.
If you want OEM, just tell us when you request a quote and we'll check availability.
Made by established glass manufacturers to fit and work in your Ford, often at a lower price.
We only install aftermarket glass that's compatible with your camera and features, and every windshield, OEM or aftermarket, is checked on our inspection stand, under high-intensity lighting, before it goes on your car.
If your Ford has Co-Pilot360 features or a head-up display, OEM glass is the safest choice for the camera and the display. Using insurance? Some policies only pay for aftermarket glass. We'll check your coverage and explain any difference before you decide.
