The Model 3 came out in 2017 and has had several updates since, most notably the redesigned Model 3 for the 2024 model year in the US, known as the Highland refresh. Earlier and newer Model 3s share a lot, but their replacement glass and related parts can differ.

Glass roof
The Model 3 has a fixed glass roof that lets natural light into the cabin. The roof glass and the windshield are separate parts, and both take vehicle-specific replacement glass.

Insurance
